MUGLER X HUNTER SCHAFER - ANGEL FANTASM EAU DE PARFUM SENSUELLE - ORIGINAL MUSIC, SOUND DESIGN RD

In this composition, I utilized brash synths with constantly shifting effects such as massive reverbs, rotoscan vibrato, modulating EQ filters, and more, composing with vibrant electronic instruments and drums to emphasize the energetic camerawork. I integrated smooth, water foley along with a metallic sound palette, conveying the angelic and ethereal feeling that the fragrance declares, while still remaining grounded within the rhythm of the campaign.

Composed original music and sound design for four capsules for COPIN, directed by bleuuuray, produced by OCURENS. I composed with classical orchestral baroque influences, driven by emotional compositional phrasing that mirrored the model’s movements and interactions with her environment.

TIKTOK X PARIS OLYMPICS 2024 GLOBAL CAMPAIGN - SOUND DESIGN, FINAL MIX

Worked with Space Cowboys production to produce sound design and the final mix for TikTok's collaboration with the Olympics. I was inspired by the momentum that the high-energy cuts brought to the campaign, so I wanted to transport the viewer right into the athlete's world, combining sounds, ambiences, and foley from each sport - whether it be the twirling from an exhilarating twist dive, or the roar of the audience during a final half-court shot - to honor each athlete's unwavering enthusiasm and dedication to their craft.

SYDNEY SWEENEY FOR MIU MIU 24 - ORIGINAL MUSIC, SOUND DESIGN RD

In this score, I wanted to capture Sydney's delicate, unbothered yet intriguing aura. I played with wistful, faraway synths and interjected dramatic string lines and runs. The foley and ambience were a really important part of this composition: I buried reverb-drenched metallic clinking noises to mirror the tinkling of jewelry to convey Miu Miu's understated extravagance, while playing with recorded water ambiences to create a sense of space and sensuality.

SOUL CHOKER - ORIGINAL MUSIC, SOUND DESIGN, MIX

Composed original music and sound design for SOUL CHOKER, directed by K14N4 and LEFT4SOUL. I created a gritty, cyberpunk, bladerunner music world. I experimented with various shifting reverbs and delays to create a sense of unsettling space and emptiness throughout the composition. Hyperdetailed sound design highlights visceral elements like breathing, veins pulsing, and heartbeats, which are sometimes directly synced to various synthesizers and drum patterns to symbolize the interconnectedness of "transformation.”

In this composition, I wanted to convey the energetic, alien-like visuals. The cold concrete/stone and blurry stop-motion xray effects called for a breakcore base, while the slowmo scenes called for massive shifting reverbs and shimmering synths to create a sense of scale and space.

VOGUE ADRIA DIRECTED BY ARTHUR VALVERDE - ORIGINAL MUSIC, AD. SOUND DESIGN

Composed original music for VOGUE ADRIA directed by Arthur Valverde. Inspired by the robotic visuals, I conceptualized a dark, smooth, and sultry atmosphere for this campaign. Interjecting phrases and whispering effects convey a sense of sensuality and dynamism. I utilized unusual sounds such as wind howling and metallic percussion to contrast with the visuals.

CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS 6 - KILLER MIKE - DETONATOR - SOUND DESIGN, MIX

Produced sound design and the final mix for Call of Duty's promotional campaign for the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 music video starring Killer Mike for kitchenette. I created a harsh, metallic, and grungy sound palette. I wanted these sounds to convey the dystopian America vibe, incorporating police sirens, heavy rainy traffic, screeching trains, distant (and close!) explosions, and brash but subtle glitch effects for transitions.

Composed original music and sound design for Rouje. In this score, I was inspired by the elegance of the slow-mo visuals. I composed in the style of an italian drama, creating a rich texture with strings, bells, and subtle synths. Woodwinds are introduced after the second repetition of the main theme, contributing to the organic landscape of woody, natural musical textures.

Composed an original score for Bureau Benjamin’s campaign promoting the release of La Mini Meringue for Kitchenette. I composed with soft string textures to capture the romantic landscape, grounding the campaign visuals.

GUCCI SUMMER STORIES - ORIGINAL MUSIC, SOUND DESIGN RD

In this composition, I wanted to capture the feeling of a whimsical and carefree summer. I paired bright arpeggio synths and playful string staccatos with organic jungle style drums to create a contrast between the balance of modernity and heritage of the brand. I paired water and fabric foley effects, reverb, and shifting filters to mimic the feeling of being near and under water in correspondence with the visuals.

ARTIFICE NYC’S BLACK BOX 001 ARTIST FILM - ORIGINAL SCORE, SOUND DESIGN, MIX

Composed an original score and produced sound design for Artifice NYC’s BLACK BOX 001 artist film, which premiered at EVOL Nightclub SoHo on 2/9/24.

I had many different inspirations and influences for this project, especially foley / nature sounds and the fusion of different genres and styles like jungle/garage, early-2000s video game soundtracks, ATL trap, ambient (a lot of inspiration from Blade Runner 2049), jungle/UK garage, German techno, and more. Distorted, echoing spoken vocals give the score a digital and dystopian feel. With each artist, I matched the sonic identity of the score with the visual story, always composing with these influences in mind.

SAWEETIE X 310babii - ROCK YOUR HIPS (OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO) - SOUND DESIGN

Worked with director FAKEDELL to produce sound design for the ROCK YOUR HIPS music video feat. Saweetie. Some highlights of this video are the exaggerated wind and reverberating golf hits/swings, comical whooshes to accentuate the playfulness of the video, golf ambience such as golf cart engines accelerating, the chirping of sun-bathed cicadas, and general footsteps/clothing movements, further amplified during the "skit" section at 0:56.

ORIGINAL SCORE: “SHEOL” SHORT FILM BY FXNTXNILE (BEST SOUND DESIGN AT LONDON GLOBAL FILM AWARDS, OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT AWARD AT IndieX)

When scoring this short film, I was inspired and intrigued by the desaturated, Silent Hill-style animation and graphic, visceral representations of emotion. I incorporated harrowing drones accompanied by the police sirens, underlined by a dark, pulsing moog bassline. The intermittent and muffled "screams" convey the main character's headspace, hollow and trapped. The dissonance evolves into a triumphant but disturbing main theme, driven forward by a huge brass melody line backed by distorted synths and orchestral elements.

BILLIE EILISH FOR GUCCI EYEWEAR - ORIGINAL MUSIC, SOUND DESIGN RD

In this composition, I wanted to capture the repose, summery vibe of Los Angeles in August. Using Wurlitzer e-pianos and sultry violins + cellos, I wanted to create a passionate, dreamy atmosphere of luxury, splendor, and magnificence. I composed the string section with sweeping chords, moody pizzicato melody lines, and a flute/viola solo. Ambience of crickets and wind, paint the image of a summer night. I also experimented with various analogue filters to simulate the vhs-like “car camera" section.

MUGLER FALL WINTER 2024 (REDESIGN)

In this score, I wanted to convey the high-energy visuals through high-energy sounds. I combined the genres of hip hop, hyper pop, ballroom, techno, and jungle, weaving through the visuals for a seamless audiovisual experience. I combined brash, detuned synths with pulsing 808s and basses, accompanied with electronic drum patterns with Afrobeats influences. Vocal chops echo throughout, adding to the organized chaos of the aggressive drum-work. I also experimented with various “whooshing” and foley SFX to accentuate the magnitude and energy of the models’ movements and the lively camerawork.

“chatham field”, december 2023

In this composition, I wanted to create a lush soundscape, combining modern synthesizers and orchestral textures. I played around with a 'granular' piano effect in the beginning, to create an airy and fluttering atmosphere. The composition blooms into an emotional, triumphant theme more focused on organic orchestral elements.

In this composition, I utilized traditional instruments and infused textures unique to Eastern-Asian countries into my composition. I experimented with a cinematic approach to composing this piece. I combined the European/Western-style hollywood chords with Asian taiko drums and woodwind counter-melodies to capture a distinctive atmosphere and feel.

GENTLE MONSTER 2024 OPTICAL COLLECTION - ORIGINAL MUSIC (REDESIGN)

In this score, I wanted to capture the hyper-online feeling of GM's 2024 collection. Sleek, rounded, bug-like eyeframes inspired the use of 90s' jungle-inspired break beats. I wanted the synths to convey a sense of lightheartedness that you would find in a video game (matching the playful combat visuals), so I composed with short, bright, plucked synths. I incorporated foley and modern sound design and sequenced some band EQ and reverb filtering to dynamically match the visuals.
